School: St.George’s School Munich

Lara is a versatile artist who uses various media to express her perspectives, whether through the creative arts, music composition, singing, dance, or even modelling. She has been part of St.George’s for the past 7 years, and as an IB and High-Level Art student, Lara has enriched our community with incredible artworks.

She is a truly creative individual, pouring her heart and soul into her work. Lara enjoys producing and recording audio elements using the school's music facilities. This has helped her a lot in her attempts at musical composition. Her graduation work in visual arts, as well as several of her paintings, sculptures, and photographs have been on display at school for the wider community.

"St.George’s boasts excellent music facilities. The recording studio taught me a lot about music technology and recording. My teachers have consistently shown strong support for students pursuing the creative arts, providing ample resources and encouragement for artistic expression.”

Lara is deeply interested in psychology. Her art focusses on the confrontation of emotions and flaws in our society. One of her sculptures portrays a sense of anguish and confinement, adorned in silver, symbolising how materialism can lead to isolation and loneliness.

When asked about her future aspirations, Lara is aiming to pursue studies in psychology in France. She is very interested in human behaviour and helping people to become the best version of themselves.
